Services Provided

• A key ethos of the practice is the integration of quality, innovative design with comprehensive project management.
• Commissions are undertaken for planning applications, environmental impact statements, appeals, detailed design, tendering and on-site implementation facilitating, commercial units, retail units, housing, offices, playgrounds, open spaces, football pitches, car-parks, Nursing Homes or Community centers, schools, & leisure facilities.
• Other services include tree surveying, landscape management plans, perspective sketches and water features.
• We advise on play areas for residential layouts and detail synthetic playing surfaces and choice of equipment.
• We work in close collaboration with the client, engineers, architects and local authorities thus providing a comprehensive landscape plan.
• All projects are managed and developed using AutoCAD 2005. The products are in the form of written reports, supported by maps, photographs and other graphic material.
• We provide full site-work services working with client/architects/engineers and contractors in overseeing works for tender process for both hard and soft landscaping requirements, to As built drawings, to appointment of contractors, to review of contactors valuation and works and issue of cert of payments to Developer or Builder and finally to site completion with Snag list reporting. This may also include compliance submission during construction & working with local authorities.
• Taking site in charge + Bond release with local authorities, Management companies services & supervision with local residential groups/management companies.
