Station Road - Raheny

This development beside Raheny DART Station delivered 105 new homes within a four to seven storey building, stepping back at upper levels to respect its urban context. Replacing four dwellings, a workshop, and ancillary structures, the scheme makes efficient use of a strategically located site and transforms it into a vibrant residential environment.
 

At its core, the project is shaped by a strong landscape vision. A full basement provides parking and storage, freeing the ground plane for a hierarchy of private, communal, and public open spaces. Generous balconies and terraces extend across all elevations, while the landscape strategy weaves together hard and soft elements, enhances biodiversity, and establishes clear pedestrian connections. Carefully designed boundary treatments reinforce the sense of place and integration with the wider neighbourhood.
